The jacket of thermal insulation screw conveyor is generally connected with hot water, hot oil or steam. If the screw conveyor is equipped with a buffer bin, a coil is generally set on the outer wall of the bin, and the steam is connected to the coil for heating. Coil pressure ≤ 0.6MPa, with 50mm thick thermal insulation glass wool, and then coated with 0.8mm stainless steel sheet. The top cover plate is wrapped with thermal insulation material, and people can walk on the top of the silo.
